Are your prices in Australian Dollars (AUD)?

Yes, we are an Australian based company and will charge you for your order in Australian dollars

Has my order been successful?

All successful purchases will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation within that time, check your spam or junk folder. Alternatively, log in to your account and check “My orders”.

How do I change or cancel my order after purchasing?

If your order has been marked as “Shipped” we are unable to cancel the order.

If your order has not been marked as “Shipped” we are able to cancel the order and either refund or apply a credit for you to re-purchase products.

How do I know it is safe to shop with you?

Rockabilly Babes Lilydale's payment system and website has a 2048 bit v3 SSL encryption certificate, firewalls, anti-virus software, passwords and email filters to protect all electronic information.

We do not hold your credit card information after your order is complete, as it is submitted directly to our bank.

You can see if the transaction is secure by looking for the key lock in the address bar on your web browser.

My desired item is out of stock

It takes on average 30 days for new stock to arrive. You can be issued a refund or a store credit while waiting for the new stock to arrive.  

Do you match prices if I see an item on sale elsewhere?

This is based in a per item basis and at Rockabilly Babes Lilydale's discretion.

Do your prices include GST and other taxes?

Yes, our prices include GST and other taxes. 

My credit card details are not being accepted

Please check that:

  • There are no spaces in your credit card number
  • Your delivery address is the same as the address linked to your credit card
  • Your name appears exactly the same as on the card

If you are still experiencing difficulties, please check with your bank or financial institution

When will my payment be deducted from my PayPal account?

Once an order has been placed, payment will be deducted from your PayPal account immediately

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my PayPal account?
