Can I place an item on hold or lay-by for purchase at a later date?

Yes, we offer a 3 month lay-by service and we can hold products for up to 2 weeks providing a 5% deposit has been paid. 

Do you place items on back order?

No, items are not placed on back order and we try to avoid selling products that are not in stock.

If you have placed an order and the item has sold out, you will be contacted via email and a refund or stock credit will be arranged

How do I provide feedback about a product?

There is an option to leave feedback on the product listing on our website.

The item I want is out of stock

It takes on average 30 days for new stock to arrive. You can be issued a refund or a store credit while waiting for the new stock to arrive.  

Is there somewhere I can go to view and touch the product before purchasing?

Yes, our brick and mortar store is located at 2/4 Clarke Street, Lilydale, Victoria

When can I expect new products to be listed on your website?

We try to order new stock in once a month. Follow us on Facebook or join our mailing list to learn when new stock arrives.
